01 What quality checks are included in a filling run?
Each run includes incoming material inspections, fill weight verification, seal inspections, visual quality checks, lot traceability, and production documentation.
02 What types of powder can you fill?
We fill 17 categories of customer-supplied dry powder, including hydration mixes, electrolytes, protein, nootropics, and functional nutrition products.
03 What do I need to supply before a filling run starts?
Supply production-ready powder. TW Co Pack handles packaging film, filling and sealing, in-process quality checks, case packing, and palletizing. Ingredient sourcing or product formulation are not included.
04 Can you evaluate a fill weight outside your standard tooling?
Standard tooling covers 10 sizes across an approximate 1.5–30 gram range, depending on the product. Include a nonstandard target in your quote request, and our team will evaluate it.
05 Are case packing and palletizing part of the same production run?
Yes. Case packing, master shipper packaging, and palletizing follow filling and sealing in the same facility, without an external handoff.
