01 What is your minimum order?
Our minimum is 10,000 stick packs per SKU. A SKU is one formula or flavor, and a single-SKU first run is welcome.
02 What are your lead times?
Most orders are completed within 5–10 business days after all materials have been received and artwork has been approved.
03 Do you supply or formulate the powder?
No. You provide production-ready powder. We handle packaging film, filling and sealing, in-process quality checks, case packing, and palletizing, not ingredient sourcing or product formulation.
04 Can you provide custom-printed packaging?
Yes. We can source custom-printed stick pack film or use film you supply.
05 What fill weights do you offer?
We can fill approximately 1.5g to 30g per stick pack, depending on the product.
